Most of our home care aides work, and are trained, in a care home setting on matters regarding elderly care, hygiene care, meal preparations, dementia care, medication reminders & assistance, and so much more.

Who is behind Caring Hearts
Janard Lansangan leads Caring Hearts Premier Home Care and is an administrator of St. Mary's Love & Care Home, a California-licensed six-bed residential care facility for the elderly in Palm Desert. Working in both home care and residential care means seeing senior care from both sides, and that experience shapes how Caring Hearts trains and matches caregivers. Care plans are built around each family's routine rather than a template, and our Palm Desert office answers the phone 24 hours a day.
Caring Hearts is a non-medical Home Care Organization licensed by the California Department of Social Services (HCO License #334700232). Every caregiver is fingerprinted, background-checked, registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry, insured and bonded.
Caring Hearts is a member of the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce.
